  • Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to our Executive Chef's specifications.

  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow during busy periods, maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff working in your section, promoting a culture of learning and development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role, with a strong culinary background.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for food, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, with excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
