A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, Ernest and Florent, is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.

The role of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will be joining a medium-sized, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices nationwide, covering a range of projects including residential, hotels, commercial, education, healthcare, and student accommodation.

As a company, Ernest and Florent offer a diverse range of projects, providing opportunities for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on various sectors and gain valuable experience.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist in a range of projects and, when ready, will start running projects from inception to completion with the support of an MRICS qualified Partner.

Ernest and Florent offer excellent APC support, with an internal APC team to support, plan, and monitor the Assistant Quantity Surveyor's training program.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Minimum of a year's experience
  • Experience within a PQS / consultancy
  • Basic Pre and post-contract knowledge
