About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our team at Niyaa People, a leading provider of social housing services. As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality surveying services to our tenants and ensuring the smooth operation of our in-house repairs service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surveying Services: Deliver surveying services across Lincolnshire, including advice, specifications, work orders, and repairs, to both occupied and void properties.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to tenants, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Property Management: Work on both domestic and non-domestic properties, including estates, to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working within social housing, with a strong background in surveying and property maintenance.
  • Skills: Ability to work on sites in Lincolnshire, including Grimsby and Boston, and experience in tenanted properties.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in surveying or a related field.
