Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of patient care in alignment with established operational policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. Advocate for the well-being and interests of patients, staff, and visitors. Support Senior Staff in managing clinical departments and provide effective leadership in their absence.Ideal Candidate:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration and no restrictions. Essential prior experience in ophthalmology. Proficient in a variety of nursing skills, backed by professional and clinical expertise. Strong understanding of ocular physiology and related ophthalmic conditions. Capable of conducting ophthalmic pre-assessments and specialized tests, including IOL calculations, OCT, and visual fields. Apply clinical reasoning to manage diverse and complex patient cases. Competent in handling medical equipment and devices. Experience in Root Cause Analysis.Benefits:
