Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong estimating skills to join our forward-thinking team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced organisation committed to operational excellence.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will drive all commercial aspects, including procurement, tender-winning, risk, contract administration, and sub-contract management. You will also assist the sales team in producing high-quality detailed quotations.
Key Responsibilities:- Hold a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying and demonstrate evidence of significant Career Long Professional Learning (CLPL).
- Have at least 5 years of post-qualification surveying experience in a construction or building services environment.
- Be an excellent team-player and negotiator with effective communication skills and the ability to generate reports to a high standard.
- Be determined to succeed with a positive attitude and engage with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
- Must have Quantity Surveying experience or a qualification.
