TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is supporting a reputable firm of chartered Accountants in their search for an Audit Senior Manager.

This position will primarily be focused on accounts and audit work, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality accountancy and audit services to clients.
  • Leading audits from planning through to completion, collaborating with the team and clients as necessary.
  • Hosting and conducting pre-audit and post-audit meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
  • Providing expert accountancy advice and support to clients as needed.
  • Conducting client meetings for the presentation of final draft accounts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Mentoring the team by reviewing their work and encouraging prompt and high-quality delivery and service.
  • Developing and expanding the team's skillset through development plans, training, and support.
  • Contributing to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Qualified ACA or ACCA or equivalent.
  • Experience in accounts preparation, auditing SME-sized limited companies, taxation (corporate, business & personal).
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent planning, organisation & deadline timekeeping skills.
  • Good computer skills.
