As the Service Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to uphold exceptional work standards while ensuring the seamless operation of the facility and delivering outstanding customer service on a daily basis. Additional duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing and managing all daily operations within the department
  • Assessing departmental workloads and addressing any personnel issues that may occur

  • Coordinating the procurement of parts and necessary supplies
  • Documenting and analyzing all operational and financial metrics within the department
