- Wet multi-trade tasks
- General maintenance
- Patch plastering
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling
- Skimming
- Surface preparation

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Experience in residential maintenance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Asbestos awareness certificate (provided by us)
- DBS check (provided by us)
- Valid driver's license
- Relevant qualifications
