Job Title: Head of Financial Performance

Mountain Warehouse Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Performance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the Financial Control team and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Financial Control team in providing accurate and timely financial reporting, including statutory accounts, investor reporting, and government reporting compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the Group Audit process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide financial insights and decision support to business stakeholders, using data analysis and financial modeling techniques.
  • Oversee the maintenance of financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement, leveraging financial expertise and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering financial results and improving financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
