Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services. As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with our Estate Agency teams, attracting new customers, and providing expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business in a target-driven environment.
  • Providing expert advice on mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
