Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Unilever, a leading FMCG company. As a key member of our site services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing complex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance and reactive support for site facilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Manage contractor control relating to building infrastructure.
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with planned statutory and maintenance activities.
  • Drive improved performance for cost, service, and quality.
  • Implement and manage site infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a building maintenance or facilitator role.
  • Experience managing contractors via permit to work.
  • Experience managing multidiscipline projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of CDM regulations, asbestos management, working at height, excavation, and demolition.
  • IOSH Managing safely/NEBOSH certification.
  • City and Guilds level 3 in a civil discipline.
  • Project management training.
  • Permit to work training.
  • Asbestos management.
