About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Chef to join our client's team in Inverclyde. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food production and ensuring that all orders are prepared on time and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including award-winning meals and ready meals.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to.
• Maintain accurate records of food production and inventory.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-quality kitchen environment.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality dishes consistently.
• Proficiency in paperwork completion and record maintenance.
• Up-to-date food hygiene certificate.
• Immediate Right to Work in the UK.
