Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Building Safety team
  • Assist in the creation of new processes and procedures
  • Track and monitor information related to building safety and compliance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative experience with strong IT skills
  • Knowledge of property management, health and safety requirements, and legislation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
