Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective learning programmes that cater to the needs and interests of our pupils
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure they are well-informed about programmes and pupil targets
  • Support staff in achieving school priorities and targets, and track progress and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the Executive Headteacher to deploy and develop staff, making effective use of their skills, expertise, and experience

Requirements
