Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee the transportation process via air and sea, ensuring that all required documentation is accurately completed.

You will be authorized to handle Customs procedures to facilitate clearance and entry into the destination country.

Freight Operations Specialist - Qualifications

• Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, particularly in air and ocean logistics
• Participation in annual performance reviews and goal setting

Freight Operations Specialist - Key Responsibilities

• Gather charges and cargo release information from agents, airlines, and shipping companies
• Submit customs clearances using the appropriate systems
• Ensure all payments are processed prior to shipment
• Prepare necessary documentation for accounting in line with company policies
• Coordinate the release and transportation of received goods
• Maintain daily communication with agents, partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient operations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
