Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
As a Dealership Accountant at Chris Eastwood Automotive Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of management accounts. This includes reviewing final accounts, highlighting variances from budget, and supporting management in investigations into departmental management accounts. You will also oversee and manage the cash flow and Treasury requirements of the business, producing reports as required for management.

Financial Planning and Analysis
You will assist in developing annual business plans and producing capital project proposals. Additionally, you will advise colleagues on business forecasts and the financial impact of management decisions on the business. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records will be essential in this role.

Leadership and Motivation
As a key member of the team, you will demonstrate excellent management, leadership, and motivational skills. You will work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately. Your enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to delivering high-quality results will be valued in this position.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous motor retail experience and excellent accounting skills. You will be an experienced Dealership Accountant, able to work independently and as part of a team.
