About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our dynamic tech team at Ocho. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of AI-driven products and managing a growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an innovative software engineering team.
  • Define and execute the technical strategy for the AI product suite.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, focusing on quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in software engineering, particularly within AI or data science.
  • Expertise in Python and associated technologies.
  • Experience building and scaling teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong passion for the sports industry and AI-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
