Position Overview

Are you a seasoned professional in FCA Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime with a strong foundation in training methodologies? Hydrogen Group is in search of a committed Compliance Training Specialist to enhance our team’s capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work in close partnership with the internal compliance department to assess and identify training requirements.
  • Design and implement interactive training initiatives, including digital modules and in-person workshops.
  • Ensure that all educational materials are aligned with the most current regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the learning and development framework, guaranteeing the quality and uniformity of training initiatives (competency).
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing impactful training programs (E-learning modules and workshops).
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA Regulatory Compliance (e.g., Consumer Duty) and Financial Crime, preferably within a consumer finance context.
  • Possession of advanced qualifications in compliance such as ICA, ACAMS, or CISI, or equivalent credentials is preferred.
  • Support the Learning and Development team in creating content and facilitating workshops as needed across various business sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to distill complex regulatory concepts into clear, engaging training resources.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
