Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposals Coordinator to join our team at 360 Recruitment. As a Proposals Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Bid Manager in the production of proposals and bids for leading contractors in the Construction Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support in the production of proposals and bids, ensuring successful completion and submission.
  • Produce pre-qualification submissions and proposal documents, including graphics, to a high standard.
  • Manage planning, opportunities, and pre-qualification questionnaires, storing information on document management systems.
  • Research clients and consultants, prepare presentation documentation, and manage opportunity tracking.
  • Liaise with marketing teams, support marketing events, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Establish and control the proposals database, ensuring information is current and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in the Construction Industry.
  • Proven track record of bid/proposal preparation and successful project delivery.
  • Proficient in IT, in particular MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and document management systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and numerical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
