Cyber Risk Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Cyber Broker with at least 3+ years of experience in the market handling and servicing retail clients, to join the Global Cyber and Technology (GCT) team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Role Responsibilities:**

  • **Broking and Account Handling**: Provide expert broking and account handling services for business produced globally and in London, working closely with producers and the GCT Team to achieve growth targets and maintain high client retention rates.
  • **Client Management**: Identify cross-selling opportunities and engage with other teams within Lockton to develop and implement effective client management strategies.
  • **Product Development**: Assist the team in the development of products and solutions for clients and prospects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • **Risk Management**: Implement, monitor, and control the provision of placement and related services for clients and prospects in accordance with Lockton compliant procedures and client-specific KPIs.
  • **Client Advisory**: Advise clients on changes in perceived risk exposures and prepare them for optimal renewal processes and outcomes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • **Market Knowledge**: Possess a strong understanding of the Lloyd's and London market, including its complexities and nuances.
  • **Experience Requirements**: At least 3 years of experience as an account handler/manager or placing broker, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • **International Experience**: Demonstrated knowledge of working with UK clients or US and International clients, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • **Placement Processes**: Possess a basic understanding of placement processes, including client and underwriter engagement, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • **Continuous Learning**: Willingness to learn and embark on special assignments/projects, staying adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions.
