As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of our plant and equipment, ensuring health and safety compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement in operations and plant availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance activities on plant and equipment, ensuring efficient diagnosis and effective repairs.
  • Develop and implement a programme of planned preventative maintenance and inspection to minimize downtime and provide records of recurrent faulting.
  • Collaborate with external contractors on specific repairs and maintenance work, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Review maintenance activities, implementing necessary corrective actions as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in operations and plant availability, driving best practice and cost control.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Engineering qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.Mechanical, Electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic qualifications.Minimum of 2-years' experience as Maintenance Engineer or position of similar responsibility in similar environment.Proven track record of working to clearly defined KPI's.
