About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a 3rd in Charge at our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Burgess Hill. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, working closely with our management team to ensure the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional leadership and guidance to our nursery team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of engaging and educational programs for our children
  • Support the management team in the recruitment and training of new staff members
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the nursery and attract new families

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of childcare legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children
