Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a global customer success strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team across two locations, ensuring cohesive, high-performing Customer Success, client onboarding, and support functions.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure customer success is integrated into product development and sales strategies.
