Educational Support Assistant for Psychology Graduates | LTF Recruitment Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with special educational needs on a one-on-one basis, as well as within group settings.

  • Monitor and document student progress, collaborating with the class teacher and the school’s Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to ensure effective support.
  • Aid the class teacher in lesson delivery and classroom management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of one year’s experience in an educational setting or be a recent graduate in Psychology.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish rapport with both students and colleagues swiftly.
