Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Removals Porter/ 3.5 T Driver to join our team at Red Recruit. As a specialist in fine art shipping and removals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of valuable art and furniture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently drive company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, while maintaining the integrity and security of the transported items.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is complete, including delivery notes, item inventories, and customs documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations related to fine art shipping and removals.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience within the Removals industry, with a focus on fine art shipping and removals.
  • Clean driving license and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
