We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Category and Account Managers: Collaborate with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
- Communicate Customer Requirements: Confidently communicate with customers to understand their needs and manage their accounts effectively.
- Order Processing and Dispatch: Ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched according to customer requirements, maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
- Stock Code Creation and Sample Management: Create and manage stock codes, as well as coordinate the preparation and dispatch of product samples.
- System Updates and Reporting: Update our systems with new product information and ensure that customer queries, collections, and reports are completed in line with Service Level agreements.
- Customer Service and Communication: Maintain a high standard of communication and customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
