About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Catering Assistant to join our team at Medirest Signature. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience in our facilities.
  • Assist with basic food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure kitchen, service, and restaurant areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in unit sales promotions and contribute to achieving sales targets.
