About the Role

We are seeking an Employment Services Officer to support young people from underrepresented groups in making informed choices about their higher education options. This rewarding position allows you to work with a strategic local infrastructure of universities, colleges, and other partners to cut through competitive barriers and offer an efficient and low-burden route for schools and colleges to engage with higher education outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with the Curriculum Employer Partnership team to ensure all opportunities comply with college policy and funding rules for audit prior to the start date.
  2. Check compliance and quality of student and employer agreements and associated documents prior to the placement start date.
  3. Support the development of a strategic local infrastructure to facilitate higher education outreach and engagement.
