Collibra is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Strategic Advisory team as a Senior Customer Advisory Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth, while remaining a trusted advisor to our clients.

As a Senior Customer Advisory Director, you will be the primary strategic lead on a small number of complex, high-value accounts. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Collibra, as well as with external partners, to deliver exceptional results and drive customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed data intelligence across customers' organizations, creating and aligning to a broad vision.
  • Coordinate Collibra internal teams to best support customer vision.
  • Collaborate with Sales organization to identify new opportunities and secure long-term renewal.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success/advisory role in a SaaS vendor, management consultant, or in-house capability owner.
  • Experience managing significant data and/or technology change programs, with credibility to act as a trusted advisor to customer executives.
  • Experience owning at least $5m ARR in total, individual accounts with an ARR over $1m, and delivering expansions of over $1m.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience required.
