Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist with mobile seed processing operations across various agricultural sites. This role is designed for those who are eager to learn and contribute to our seasonal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead operator in setting up and managing the seed processing unit.
  • Assist with monitoring the filling of bags and ensure quality control.
  • Drive the support vehicle to different locations, with occasional flexibility to start from home.
  • Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as needed when not directly involved in seed processing.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive and industrious attitude is essential.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer needs and weather conditions.

Work Schedule: Positions are available on both full-time and part-time bases, with a requirement to work most weekends and occasional nights away from home.
