Job Title: Care Home Manager

A highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead an exceptional care home in the Peterborough, Cambridgeshire area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our residents while promoting their interests and understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the delivery of person-centred care services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  2. Manage and develop a high-performing team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing supervision to ensure excellent care outcomes.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Work closely with the Customer Relations Team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to maintain the highest standards of food presentation, housekeeping, and building maintenance.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  2. Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of residents with dementia.
  3. Proven ability to manage a care team, lead and motivate others, and drive business objectives.
  4. Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate requirements.
