Role Overview:
The Building Services Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the Technical Supervisor and Area Operations Manager (AOM) by delivering both reactive and scheduled maintenance services for building engineering systems across various locations, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive repairs on plumbing systems and associated equipment.
  • Assist with additional tasks within your skill set as required.
  • Maintain a professional image of CBRE at all times, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Commit to ongoing personal development and skill enhancement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant plumbing qualifications or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Familiarity with boiler systems.
  • Experience with sanitary installations.
  • Knowledge of commercial catering gas systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Awareness of manual handling practices.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Legionella awareness training.
  • Certification in PASMA and IPAF.
  • Asbestos awareness training.
  • Experience with roof work.
