Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role within the Property team, managing a varied caseload under guidance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing landlord and tenant transactions for residential properties, complemented by advantageous commercial experience.
  • Facilitating the sale and acquisition of land, whether registered or unregistered, freehold or leasehold.
  • Managing plot sales and equity transfers.
  • Handling remortgaging and property financing issues.
  • Administering easements and lease extensions, including statutory lease extensions.
  • Assisting in the acquisition of development sites, with some familiarity in option agreements and conditional contracts.
  • Actively participating in business development efforts to enhance the firm's visibility.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A proactive, self-driven, and dependable professional with over 5 years of experience in UK private practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and exceptional drafting capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor towards colleagues and clients.
  • A proactive and growth-oriented attitude towards achieving professional objectives.
