About the Opportunity

PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Limited is seeking a dedicated and reliable Temperature Controlled Van Driver to join our team at our Runcorn Distribution Centre. Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of temperature-sensitive products to our valued customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vehicle checks before each journey.
  • Load and secure cargo according to established procedures, prioritizing product safety and integrity.
  • Deliver orders to designated locations, adhering to predetermined routes and timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any relevant documentation.
  • Ensure the products are transported under optimal temperature conditions, upholding strict hygiene standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues throughout the delivery process.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Valid UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in operating a van, preferably with temperature-controlled capabilities.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
