Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator position is vital to our operations, serving as the essential link between our clients and our internal purchasing, logistics, and external sales teams. This dynamic role involves managing incoming customer inquiries and processing sales orders efficiently. Additionally, you will assist the Key Account Manager and engage in outbound activities to foster customer growth and uncover new business opportunities. This role is entirely office-based, emphasizing customer interaction and engagement. Your focus will be on comprehending customer requirements to ensure that opportunities are maximized and top-notch service is consistently delivered. This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing accounts to maintain profitability
  • Addressing incoming customer inquiries and providing effective solutions
  • Conducting outbound activities to identify and target potential new clients
  • Collaborating closely with and supporting the external sales team
  • Administering sales orders and quotations, ensuring timely delivery
  • Regularly utilizing the internal CRM system
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and procurement

Candidate Profile
This role is ideally suited for an experienced internal sales professional with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. However, character and personality are equally important. If you thrive in a dynamic role where you can showcase your interpersonal skills and are comfortable making outbound calls, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Familiarity with our internal systems (CRM, etc.) will be provided through comprehensive training. A friendly and professional telephone manner, along with strong administrative skills, is essential. Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset are advantageous. Experience in the packaging industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
