About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all defects are rectified within a professional and timely manner, working in customers' homes, liaising with customers on issues raised and putting right, within their 2-year defects period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers in their homes and carry out works to a high-quality and timely manner.
  • Work alongside contractors as necessary to ensure all works are carried out as necessary.
  • Keep the company updated regarding works that are finished.
  • Travel across the region covered as necessary.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policies at all times.
Requirements
  • Preferable Joinery background but other trades to be considered.
  • You must have experience working for a House Builder within a similar role such as Multi Trader / Operative.
  • Experience with the following Multi Trades works to be carried out include Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Decorating, Tiling, Mastic, Easing doors/floorboards etc.
