Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training and Development Associate to join our team at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with operations and development teams to write and execute testing scripts and reports.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of software testing and quality assurance best practices, with a focus on automation.
  • Execute test cases for end-to-end testing on distributed and/or mainframe test environments.
  • Participate in workload management and ensure deliverables are met within critical timeframes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Stays current on changes in their own specialist area and seeks out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.
  • Possesses an in-depth knowledge of the entire software implementation lifecycle (SILC).
