Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Deputy Manager within our Reablement service. This program is designed to provide short-term therapeutic assessments and care, empowering our residents to maintain their independence in their own homes while minimizing long-term care requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned manager or senior care professional in a CQC-regulated environment, you will collaborate closely with health and social care partners across an integrated care system. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovative changes and transformations within our service. Our approach is dynamic and forward-thinking, focusing on enhancing support for individuals transitioning from hospital to home, while also developing a responsive social care crisis intervention model.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a Health & Social Care qualification at NVQ level 4-5. Your experience in managing teams and individuals will be essential, as will your commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery within the CQC regulatory and safeguarding frameworks. You should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a passion for empowering others to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
