We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Manager. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our care and support services, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care and support staff
- Develop and implement care and support plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
