NRL is seeking skilled Welders to work at our client's large-scale facility. As a Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of welding equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement standard operating procedures for welding plant setup and operation
  • Perform welding tasks in accordance with established guidelines and protocols
  • Maintain welding plant functionality and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or issues
  • Continuously improve welding processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Set up and remove welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Use digital temperature recording devices to monitor and control welding processes
  • Manage welding consumables and supplies in production environments
  • Perform grinding tasks as required

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Welding or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with MAG/MMA welding and related techniques
