NRL is seeking skilled Welders to work at our client's large-scale facility. As a Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of welding equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement standard operating procedures for welding plant setup and operation
- Perform welding tasks in accordance with established guidelines and protocols
- Maintain welding plant functionality and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or issues
- Continuously improve welding processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality
- Set up and remove welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Use digital temperature recording devices to monitor and control welding processes
- Manage welding consumables and supplies in production environments
- Perform grinding tasks as required
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Welding or equivalent qualification
- Experience with MAG/MMA welding and related techniques
Benefits:

- Standard working hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
