Full-Time Opportunity

This position calls for a collaborative individual with creativity and business acumen, along with the enthusiasm and resolve to assist in advancing and enhancing the establishment alongside the General Manager.

We seek a supervisor who possesses the expertise to uphold and elevate the standards and reputation of the facility, while fostering a growing community and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in overseeing the daily operations of the fitness center.
  • To take on the duties of the General Manager during their absence.
  • To contribute to the commercial success of the establishment.
  • To ensure operational excellence throughout the facility.
  • To achieve the designated performance indicators.
  • To aid in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, guiding them towards success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must possess relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory role within the fitness or leisure sector.
  • Must demonstrate a passion for customer satisfaction and be an inspiring leader in their management approach.
  • Must hold at least a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
  • Must have a track record in driving sales and coordinating local promotional activities, as well as managing a successful team.
  • Ideally, will have experience as an Assistant Manager overseeing various operational aspects within a leisure facility or substantial experience in a Fitness Manager role or similar operational capacity.
