Job Description

Job Summary:

The Gap Homes Programme Administrator will provide essential administrative and finance support to the Programme, contributing directly to the delivery of the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Programme team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Support the development of all Gap Homes projects across the UK.
  • Collaborate with the Programme Support Officer to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of programme policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and skilled programme administrator with excellent communication skills.
  • Finance administration experience and superb time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Working Arrangements:

  • Home-based with occasional travel for team meetings.
  • 18 hours per week, working pattern can be discussed.
