Senior Payroll Co-ordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Payroll Co-ordinator to join our team at SF Recruitment (Leicester) Careers. As a Senior Payroll Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing two separate payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll, including processing two monthly company payrolls, maintaining and updating payroll information, resolving payroll discrepancies, and answering queries.
  • Process pensions, SSP/SMP calculations, and maintain payroll journals.
  • Support the accounts department as required and assist with year-end duties and monthly reporting.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of previous experience running end-to-end payroll.
  • Experience of SAGE payroll and Sage 50 is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and good organization and time management.
