About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub, providing high-quality support and guidance to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing individualized support and guidance to help them progress towards successful resettlement.
  • Facilitate the engagement of participants in activities that promote positive change and sustainable employment, education, or training.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders, including employers, local authorities, health services, and voluntary sector organizations.
  • Monitor and report on participant progress, ensuring that targets and key performance indicators are met.
  • Provide community-based support, working independently to manage a caseload and meet the needs of participants.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals.
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services.
  • Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
