Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings professional to join our team at Elizabeth Michael Associates, a dynamic and forward-thinking company specialising in the acquisition, refurbishment and tenanting of properties. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure all lettings paperwork adheres to the latest legislation, guaranteeing legal compliance and maintaining accurate records.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain our company database system with precision and attention to detail, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Contract Management: Set up management contracts and tenancy agreements, facilitating a smooth onboarding process for both tenants and property owners.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct thorough property inspections, providing valuable insights into maintenance needs and overall property condition.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with maintenance contractors and other business contacts to address property-related concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support integral to the smooth functioning of property management operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in lettings is essential, with a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in database management and administration software.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with an acute attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a car is required for local travel.
