We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Greggs Team Leader at our Holywell, Flintshire store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bakery and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Ensure store cleanliness and food preparation standards are maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
  • Work collaboratively with the Manager to achieve business objectives
