Client Relationship Executive

Our client, a reputable IT/Technology Consultancy catering to clients throughout the UK, presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated Client Relationship Executive. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Executive

  • Assist the sales team with various tasks, including processing sales orders, supporting quotations, managing customer renewals, and collaborating with suppliers.
  • Develop strong relationships and deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries until resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via phone to keep them informed throughout the process, track deliveries, confirm project schedules, and greet clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all orders and projects.

Required Experience: Client Relationship Executive

  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative, customer service, or general business role.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a customer service-oriented telephone demeanor.
  • Proven ability to drive results and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in managing priorities and diverse workloads.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a similar role, such as call center, customer service, account management, or sales support, is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
