Electrical Development Engineer Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment, is seeking a skilled Electrical Development Engineer to join their team.

As an Electrical Development Engineer, you will provide technical support to the engineering and sales teams, develop conceptual designs for new products, and undertake the development and testing of both new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product research and development
  • Product compliance testing

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering degree or HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical engineering background within the Construction or Rail industries (desirable but not essential)
  • Computer literate and good working knowledge of AutoCAD/3D CAD
