Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Senior Surveyor to join our team and adopt our innovative methodology to execute utility and infrastructure projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert land and property consultancy services to clients.
  • Execute a variety of tasks and projects to a high standard, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to meet client deadlines and objectives while taking pride in the quality of work delivered.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, landowners, and occupiers, facilitating professional discussions, managing expectations, and incorporating feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of junior staff members when necessary and, if applicable, cultivate line management skills, offering constructive guidance to direct reports, engaging in regular progress reviews, and effectively delegating tasks.
  • Share personal expertise to foster the growth of individuals within the broader organization while continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills through specialized Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Participate in and support company initiatives, events, and social activities, embodying Dalcour Maclaren's values and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Candidate Profile:
  • Possess either MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Demonstrate experience in leading teams or projects.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
