Sanitation Operative

BAM Construct & Ventures UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated sanitation operative to join our team.
Shift Details:
- 16.15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Compensation:
£11.59 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. We provide a competitive salary along with a family-friendly benefits package that includes:

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the specified standards for the premises.
- Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings are thoroughly cleaned.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, partitions, and internal woodwork as necessary.
- Sanitize kitchen and catering areas effectively.
- Clean restrooms, changing rooms, and other sanitary facilities.
- Clean equipment post-use.
- Execute special cleaning programs during designated times.
- Collect and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness of waste bins.
- Create and uphold a purposeful, orderly, and productive work environment.
- Keep records as required.
- Refill and replace consumables as needed.
- Report any faulty equipment and maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Secure premises by managing entrances/exits and reporting potential security issues.
- Ensure lights and other equipment are turned off when not in use.
- Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff and visitors at all times.
- Monitor and manage stock and supplies, cataloging as necessary.
- Maintain specialist equipment, checking for quality and safety, and report any damages or needs.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
- Assist others in the safe and effective use of specialist equipment and materials.
